Thank you for booking with Elee Holidays (PVT)Limited We aim to provide the best service and travel experiences. Please carefully read the terms of our refund policy below, which outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by the Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms of the services booked (e.g., flights, hotels, tours).

     

  • Cancellation by Elee Holidays (PVT)Limited : If we are unable to provide the services you booked due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., insufficient bookings, service provider issues), you will be offered a full refund.

     

2. Refund Request Time Frame

To qualify for a refund:

  • Tour Packages: Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date for a refund.

     

  • Flights/Accommodation: Refunds for flights or accommodation depend on the provider’s terms. Please check the specific terms and conditions for each service.

     

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date or departure may not qualify for a refund.

     

 

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee of 10,000 LKR Per Person will be charged for all tour packages. This fee covers administrative costs, consultation, and booking management.

     

  • Air Ticket Service Fee: A non-refundable service fee of 3,500 LKR will be applied for air tickets and related services. This covers booking management and associated administrative work.

     

  • Other Services: Any other third-party services (e.g., excursions, activities) may also have non-refundable charges based on the provider’s terms and conditions.
  • Visa Fees: Any fees related to visa processing or other governmental services are non-refundable.

     

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Please submit your cancellation request online via our website:

Once submitted, kindly inform your tour consultant about the cancellation request so we can assist you further and guide you through the process.

  • Step 2: We will confirm receipt of your request and inform you of the refund amount and the processing timeline.

     

  • Step 3: Once your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to the terms of the third-party providers.

     

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the same person who made the booking. The amount will be credited to the original payment account used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure that the bank details provided are accurate to avoid delays in the refund process.

6. Amendment Fees

If you wish to amend your booking (e.g., change the travel dates, tour package, etc.), please note that certain changes may incur an amendment fee. This fee depends on the provider’s terms and our administrative costs.

7. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), where the trip cannot proceed, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour or offer alternatives. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund or credit may be offered, subject to the policies of the service providers involved.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in the event of unexpected cancellations. If you cancel due to illness, personal emergencies, or other covered reasons, travel insurance may help you recover your costs.

9. Special Offers & Promotions

For bookings made under special offers or discounts (e.g., early bird promotions, last-minute deals), specific terms apply. Please refer to the promotional terms at the time of booking, as refunds for these bookings may be limited or not available.

10. Visa Policy

  • Visa Assistance: Elee Holidays (PVT)Limited  can provide visa assistance for clients booking tours that require a visa. This may include providing necessary documentation, guidance, and support during the application process. Please note that visa services are subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.

     

  • Visa Processing Fees: Any fees associated with visa processing (e.g., consular fees, administrative fees) are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of the visa outcome. This includes situations where the visa is denied, rejected, or delayed by the relevant authorities.

     

  • Client Responsibility: While we assist with visa applications, the final responsibility for obtaining the visa lies with the client. We recommend that clients apply for their visa well in advance of their departure date. We are not responsible for visa delays or rejections.

     

  • Visa Rejection/Delay: If a client’s visa application is rejected or delayed by the relevant authorities, we will follow the standard cancellation policy, and the non-refundable service fee and any third-party costs (e.g., flights, hotels) will still apply. If applicable, the client may be eligible for a refund for the tour package itself, minus the non-refundable charges.

     

  • Visa Validity: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for the required period, as per the visa requirements. Any issues arising due to invalid passports (e.g., insufficient validity period, missing pages) are the client’s responsibility.

     

11. General Terms

  • Changes in Group Bookings: If you are booking for a group, please note that changes to group size or travel dates may result in additional charges. The terms for group bookings may vary and are subject to the specific agreement made at the time of booking.

     

Payment Terms

  • 50% Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your booking.

     

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 1 month prior to the travel date.

     

    • If the booking is made within 1 month of the travel date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

       

          Currency Fluctuation:

  •  All prices are based on the exchange rates at the time of booking. However, if there is a significant fluctuation in the exchange rate (usually defined as more than 5-10%) between the booking date and the payment date, Elee Holidays (PVT)Limited reserves the right to adjust the total price accordingly.

     

    • Clients will be notified of any price adjustments, and the adjusted amount will be due for payment as per the terms outlined above.

       

Please ensure all payments are made promptly to secure your booking and to avoid any
cancellation or delay in processing your travel arrangements.

  • No Show Policy: In the event of a “no-show” for a booked service (e.g., tour departure), no refunds will be issued. If you anticipate a delay or cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible to explore rescheduling options.
